Mission Statement

The National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) works hand-in-hand with employers and members of the National Guard and all military service Reserves to provide educational, consulting, and mediation services to ensure our military members are able to return to work after deployment or other military service. ESGR programs also encourage employers and the community to support Guard and Reserve members, and their families, while they are on active duty. ESGR is an agency within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs.

A good time was had by all last year, a tradition started by our previous State Chair, General Peter Gravett (Ret). We want all of you to join us in celebrating our accomplishments and it will give you a chance, if you haven't already, to meet our new State Chair, Mr. Andy Wiktorowicz.
