Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve
Mission Statement
The National Committee for
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) works
hand-in-hand with employers and members of the National Guard
and all military service Reserves to provide educational,
consulting, and mediation services to ensure our military
members are able to return to work after deployment or other
military service. ESGR programs also encourage employers and the
community to support Guard and Reserve members, and their
families, while they are on active duty. ESGR is an agency
within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for
Reserve Affairs.
