California ESGR Mission Statement

The California ESGR is a Department of Defense organization comprised mostly of volunteers who provide free education, consultation, and when necessary, mediation for employers of members of the National Guard and Reserve. We serve the employers and National Guard and Reserve members from the desert to the sea, from the mountains to the farmlands.
